Building a "character"
3 different initial steps in creating a role:
A. Enter the psychological world of the character. Employ the magic ‘if’.
B. Use character reference points from previous work and pop culture.
C. Rely on what the playwright has said about you and the actions they have given you.
Everybody goes through the text and sees what they say about themselves and what others say about them....
